Hi! I’m Bárbara, currently based in São Paulo/Brazil, my hometown.
So glad you’re here :)
I’m a specialist in information design, and for the past nine years, I’ve been working in the nonprofit sector and journalism, turning numbers into visual narratives and bringing color to words, from print to digital.

I’m a specialist in information design, and for the past nine years, I’ve been working in the nonprofit sector and journalism, turning numbers into visual narratives and bringing color to words, from print to digital.
I have a multidisciplinary background: I’ve created visual identities, designed a bunch of reports and educational materials, and developed infographics filled with maps and data. As a graphic designer, I like to take on a bit of everything — logos, color palettes, interfaces, layouts — whatever it takes to make communication clear, beautiful, and accessible.
My experience comes from a variety of places that shaped my path: I’ve worked as a designer for the City of São Paulo, served as Art and Design Manager at Instituto and Revista AzMina, worked as an Information Designer at g1 (Globo), and today I’m part of the communications team at UN Women Brazil.
